All services are offered by appointment only to ensure each guest receives a personalized and intentional experience. At this time, walk-ins are not available. 

Cancellation & no shows

To respect both my time and other clients waiting for appointments, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours, as well as no-show appointments, will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total.

  • Maintenance varies depending on your hair goals and desired level of upkeep, but most lived-in color appointments are designed to grow out softly and seamlessly over time. Many guests return anywhere from 3-6 months for larger color appointments, with optional gloss or refresh appointments in between.

  • Your appointment begins with a thorough consultation where we’ll discuss your hair history, lifestyle, maintenance preferences, and overall goals to create a customized plan tailored to you. My approach focuses on intentional placement, seamless grow out, and creating effortless, lived-in color with attention to detail and long-term maintenance in mind.

  • Please arrive with clean, dry hair and come prepared to discuss your hair history, maintenance preferences, and overall goals. Inspiration photos are always encouraged and can be helpful during the consultation process to ensure we’re aligned on your desired look and overall vision.
